Heart of Touch: A Relational Presence Touch Training
From the 22nd to the 25th of May 2025 at Lebensraum, Basel
Hosted by Miriam Kislak and Adam Sippola, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapists, Relateful facilitators (mindful relating) and trauma-informed guides.
In this four-day training you get an introduction to embodied self awareness through Inner Presence meditation, the healing art of non-doing, heart-centered Presence Touch, and authentic, conscious communication through Relational Presencing.
The nature of human relationships is complex. They’re filled with joy, love, discovery and change, as well as individual, relational, and collective wounds and conflicts.
You will learn tools to begin to transform and heal these relational wounds and conflicts, so that you can:
* Grow your somatic, emotional, and relational awareness through Inner Presence meditation.
* Learn how to apply non-doing, heart-centered Presence Touch, resting into stillness, relaxation, and enhancing healing processes.
* Expand your capacity to stay grounded, relaxed, and present as you speak, listen, and relate to others, even in conflict.
* Communicate consciously, connect authentically, and heal collectively through Relational Presencing.
We believe that cultivating skillful, embodied presence with ourselves and in our relationships allows us to be, communicate, touch, and relate in ways that support connection, healing, and coherence.
To attend the Heart of Touch training no previous experience is required. This training is designed for adults who are committed to cultivating spaces for personal and communal healing and wellbeing. Everyone is welcome who wishes to learn how to touch and relate from an embodied, authentic, grounded presence, and to transform and heal. Together.
Time: Thursday - Saturday, 9:30 - 17:00. Sunday, 9:30 - 15:00.
