invading thoughts. Meditation, Zen in Movement and Gurdjieff Dances will help us
to free out of our ordinary functioning state, so that we can

– relax and regain con dence in ourselves and in life,
– let go of negative emotions and open up to tenderness, love and joy,
– experience practically body-mind-spirit connection, and
