Wo kann ich anfangen? Wie kann ich mich gemeinsam mit anderen für eine bessere Welt einsetzen und Nachhaltigkeit leben? An unserem Festival findest du einen bunten Strauss an Antworten auf diese Fragen. Wir erkunden zusammen die Landschaft der Nachhaltigkeits-Initiativen und -Organisationen in der Region Basel und darüber hinaus. In interaktiven Workshops lernst du neue Skills und Inspirationen für ein nachhaltigeres Miteinander mit anderen Menschen und der Natur. Du kannst lernen, wie man kaputte Gegenstände repariert und löchrige Kleider flickt, viel Spannendes über erneuerbare Energien erfahren, ein soziales Hilfsprojekt in der Mongolei kennenlernen, dich zum Thema Migration informieren und Vieles mehr. Da das Engagement für eine bessere Welt nicht nur eine Frage des Verstandes, sondern ebenso eine Herzensangelegenheit ist, werden auch Kultur und Kreativität nicht zu kurz kommen. Junge Poetry Slammer:innen performen anregende Texte zum Thema. Der mongolische Musiker Bayanzul Damdinsuren erweckt mit throat singing und seiner Pferdekopfgeige die Natur seiner Heimat zum Leben. Die Band In Motion zaubert groovige Klänge mit Handpan, Didgeridoo und Gitarre auf die Bühne.

Where can I start? How can I work together with others for a better world and live sustainability? At our festival you will find a colourful bouquet of answers to these questions. Together we will explore the landscape of sustainability initiatives and organisations in the Basel region and beyond. In interactive workshops, you will learn new skills and inspiration for a more sustainable interaction with other people and nature. You can learn how to repair broken items and mend holey clothes, find out lots of exciting things about renewable energies, get to know a social aid project in Mongolia, inform yourself about the topic of migration and much more. As the commitment to a better world is not just a matter of the mind, but also a matter of the heart, culture and creativity also play an important role. Young poetry slammers will perform inspiring texts on the topic. Mongolian musician Bayanzul Damdinsuren will bring the nature of his homeland to life with throat singing and his horse-head fiddle. The band In Motion conjures up groovy sounds on stage with handpan, didgeridoo and guitar.
