As part of this year‘s „Nutritional Connec- tions“ programme, Neuf Trois is collaborating with various individuals and collectives to
host participatory workshops.The programme explores various aspects of the food ecosys- tem, from the importance of local ingredients and creative ways of reducing food waste to preserving diasporic culinary traditions.
To start the program, we will visit a Swiss farmer and his cherry trees. Spending an afternoon on-site will give us insight into the environmental challenges and economic pres- sures that farmers face today. Participation is free for everyone!
